Sales Development Rep for MSPs

We seek a competent, motivated, ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our globally distributed team. If you love finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients, this job is for you!

Please note that this is a remote working opportunity in which you will work from your home office and be a part of our global sales team focused on Microsoft SPLA partners and resellers.

We are Cloud FinOps and Microsoft licensing experts headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, with a distributed team of specialists around the globe.

You’ll be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base.

We expect you to have skills and experience in sales and be self-driven and result-oriented.

€36,000.00 - €100,000.00 per year


  • Telephone acquisition the target account lists
  • Identification of opportunities and handover to the account executives
  • Establishment of long-term customer relationships through independent account management
  • Interface with vendors and partners
  • You report to the Global Sales Manager


  • 5 years of experience as a Telesales or SDR in the IT Industry or similar role
  • Experience in working with Microsoft SPLA partners is a big plus
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of working with CRM Systems
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Ability to speak and write in English
  • German is a plus
